2. Can I Preview My Personalized Gift Before Ordering?
Yes! You can view an approximate preview of your custom design before placing your order. Please note that the final personalized product may differ slightly from the on-screen preview due to screen color settings, photo quality, materials, and production processes.
3. What Are the Photo Requirements for Custom Products?
For the best customization result, we recommend uploading clear, well-lit photos where the subject is clearly visible. Avoid blurry, dark, heavily compressed, or small-subject images. The higher the photo quality, the better your personalized gift will look.
4. Can I Customize Text in English, Arabic, or Other Languages?
Yes. Most of our personalized products support English, Arabic, numbers, and common symbols. To ensure the best result, keep your custom text concise. For special languages or symbols, please check the product page before ordering.
5. Can I Change My Customization After Placing an Order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your personalized order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once production has started, custom content usually cannot be modified.
6. How Long Does It Take to Make a Custom Gift?
Personalized and made-to-order gifts require production time. The exact timeframe depends on the product type, quantity, and current order volume. Estimated processing and delivery times are shown on the product page and at checkout.

Contact us immediately if your custom order has not started production. Once production begins or the order has shipped, changes are usually not possible — since personalized products are made specifically from the information you submitted. Please double-check all photos, text, and spelling before confirming your order.
9. Can Personalized Products Be Returned or Exchanged?
Because every custom gift is made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges without cause. If there is a quality issue with your personalized item, please contact us with photos and we will work to resolve it promptly.
10. What Should I Do If My Custom Gift Arrives Damaged?
Please photograph the damage — including the product, outer packaging, and shipping label — as soon as you receive it, then contact us. We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution based on the situation.
11. Will My Personalized Gift Look Exactly Like the Preview?
We strive to faithfully reproduce your custom design. However, minor variations in color and detail may occur due to screen display differences, printing processes, materials, and lighting. This is normal for personalized, handcrafted products.
12. Can I Ship My Custom Gift Directly to the Recipient?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. Please carefully verify the address, phone number, and postal code to avoid any delivery delays for your personalized gift.
13. Will Price Information Be Included in the Package?
Gift orders generally do not include price information. If you have special requirements for gift packaging or invoices, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order.
